Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not except returns. However, please reach out if you have a problem with your order.
Refunds and Cancellations (if applicable)
We will be glad to cancel your order before it's placed into production. Howevere, once the order is in production, we cannot longer cancel your order.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds and Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email describing the issue and the pictures of the defective or damaged item at support@giftswithpassion.com and we will be happy to take care of you. In this case a refund is also possible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
